WHERE ARE THE CUSTOM TUMBLERS AND SHIRTS??

Due to unforeseen circumstances, custom gift production is on hold until further notice. I will occasionally post a special item to sale, but will not be accepting custom shirt or tumbler orders at this time. If and when this changes, custom orders will start up again again. Until then, the sticker shop is open!

DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS?

I do! If you are interested in custom stickers or digital prints, check out my commissions page!

Commission prices depend on level of detail and final number of items. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all commissions.

HOW LONG DOES A COMMISSION TAKE?

Production of any commissions will only begin after your deposit has been received. Once begun, they generally take up to 5 business days to ensure the best quality. However, the turnover depends on the complexity of the request.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we will be in contact about specifics, the estimated ship date, and the continued progress of your order. However, if you would like to check in, feel free to leave us a message on our contact page, or email me directly at earthtoericka@gmail.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As these are all made to order items, sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds once payment has been made and production begins. However, if there are any issues, we will do our best to sort it out with you.

I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER!!

Please check your mailing address before paying your invoice. I am not responsible for shipment to any incorrect addresses - they will be sent as provided. 

If you need to change your shipping address prior to shipment, please send us a website chat, or email us at earthtoericka@gmail.com as soon as possible.

For any addresses that need to be changed after shipment, we have a strict reorder policy. Unfortunately, we have no way to recall shipments after they have left our workshop. Please place a reorder with the corrected address and we will process accordingly.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

Please note that all items are being shipped from a dog (and ferret!) friendly home.
